the development of strategies to arrange the size and skills of the human resources as per the organizational needs. (Walker 1980).

Planning of Recruitment : Example: For Replacement & Turnover
Manpower Plan: for expansion. Down Sizing: due to labour cost/ market
conditions/ Lost.
