• firstly I rasterize the image• We have to Rasterize an image so that the image can

transform the format into a bitmap. This is composed of pixels which make up the image. Theses pixels has a colour depth that determines how the colour is changed. The more depth the more true to life the colour is represented.

• Secondly I used the magnetic lasso tool. I used this so I could get around the part of the image I wanted. This helped me delete parts of the image I didn’t want, by cutting around the image so i could erase the background.

• Next I refined the edge of the image. I done this so I could smoothen the edge of the image, as well this made her more 3-D.

• I changed the brightness and contrast, so the girl showed more detail on the image and she looked more life like.

• I resized the image and cropped the edges. This made the girl fill up more of the page, so she was the main focus.

• I used the spot healing brush tool, so the model have soft smooth skin, as having the spot draw the attention away from the beauty of the girl.
