Subscribers receive our bulletins, containing

different advertorials. They can click on the

inclusion(s) of interest, which takes them

through to a lead capture page...

Subscribers can then update their auto-populated personal

details, fill out the questions advertisers wish to ask (in

Symantec’s example (below), employee size and industry

sector) – and click ‘Submit Request’...

The disclaimer underneath the ‘Submit Request’ button

allows advertisers to add each lead into a marketing

automation or CRM system, giving permission for further

lead nurturing efforts by email, phone and post.

After making their request, we then re-direct subscribers to a specific URL of the advertiser’s choice. We

encourage marketers to use this opportunity to drive an already engaged and relevant audience onto a

‘secondary’ message – for example, a landing page for upcoming events, pre-recorded or future webinars, free

trials, product demonstrations, or a library or whitepapers, guides and eBooks...

While subscribers are re-directed

through the URL, an auto-responded

email is sent to the subscriber that

has requested the offer. Within this

email, we can include as much, or as

little information as advertisers would

like. Again, this presents a perfect

opportunity for advertisers to include

links to events and webinars, as well

as contact phone numbers...

Each response to advertorials in our bulletins are captured

and collated on a lead report, including –

Full business card details, as presented/filled out on

the lead capture page –

First and Last Name

Email Address

Telephone Number

Job Title

Full Company Address, inc. postcode

Answers to the questions advertisers have placed

on the lead capture page

The title of the bulletin

The name of the inclusion that has been responded

to...

Lead Capture Surveys

Subscribers also receive surveys from our

advertisers. Surveys are up to 10 questions

and provide useful intelligence to be used

during sales follow up.

The questions appear on the lead capture page and can be

multiple-choice or free text. Survey leads are collated on a

report and advertisers receive an illustrated demographic of

the research findings.
