• growing number of skilled and experienced managers and professionals within / coming from Italy’s high tech companies and willing to find new job opportunities abroad

• increasing offer of corresponding managerial positions in economies growing at high pace (despite the global crisis)

• I.S.E.S. (Italian Senior Expert Service) long lasting and well established expertise in organizing volunteer expert short missions abroad, and related contacts and relations with foreign Countries Institutions (in China, Europe, South America and more) for the exchange of experts

• I.S.E.S. links with Managers Associations and HR recruitment and outplacement firms

• I.S.E.S. set up an agreement with Federmanager-APDAI Turin (Managers’ Association of Italy manufacturing industry) and Career Counseling (outstanding HR consultancy firm), thus accessing several tens of thousand of interested high level managers

• Agreements are in progress with other industries’ managers associations and HR recruitment firms

• The three organizations signed joint Memorandum of Understanding and Contracts, defining:– Rules, tools and procedures to find and access interested managers– Types of services provided by ITALEXPERT project– Tasks and practices of I.S.E.S. as the correspondent of foreign firms as

well as of foreign Countries Institutions for experts’ exchange– A business plan for the current and next years, including contacts, events,

trips, correspondent network, resource allocation and service tariffs

PLAYERS AND ROLESPLAYERS AND ROLES• I.S.E.S., Federmanager-APDAI Turin and Career Counseling jointly

manage the project website www.italexpert.com, where prospect candidates can post their CV’s and explore pending position offers

• Federmanager provide and update a several tens of thousands manager CV database

• I.S.E.S. collect demand for positions from various sources (such as firms, correspondent network, direct contacts, dedicated foreign institutions websites, position directories provided in Foreign Expert conferences)

• Career Counseling and I.S.E.S. jointly contact and assess candidates• I.S.E.S. provide, for the foreign originator of position demand, a (set of)

candidates’ CV and profile, and assist her/him/them in the following interchanges, including a possible short visit to the foreign firms / organizations to finalize the deal

TYPES OF SERVICESTYPES OF SERVICES

• The first service pattern is a request to ITALEXPERT from a foreign organization to find a candidate for a position

• Another pattern is an offer from ITALEXPERT, to its foreign contacts and correspondent network, of candidates having outstanding skills and experience, namely in specific industries and technologies fields

• In a third case ITALEPERT will set up an offer to organize managers, experts and other services to fulfill a demand for a particular task or project from a foreign firm or organization

• All services provided by ITALEXPERT are targeted to settle and sign a contract of service(s) between the candidate(s) / service providers and the foreign firm / organization.

Volunteer and non-profit missions are out of ITALEXPERT scope

THE RATIONALE OF ITALEXPERT IS TO PROVIDE A WIN-WIN ENVIRONMENT WHERE – MANAGERS AND EXPERTS, – FOREIGN FIRMS AND ORGANIZATIONS, – I.S.E.S. AND ITS CORRESPONDENT NETWORK– MANAGERS ASSOCIATIONS – HR CONSULTING AND RECRUITMENT FIRMS

CONTRACTS AND ECONOMICSCONTRACTS AND ECONOMICS

• Provided that Memorandum of Understanding and contracts between I.S.E.S. and both Managers’ Associations and HR consulting / recruitment firms are already in place

• I.S.E.S. will sign Memorandum of Understanding and contracts with its correspondent network as well as with foreign institutions, to mutually define

● relevant steps and procedures of service process, including, if applicable, candidate visit to foreign organization

● guidelines of relevant contracts signed by the accepted candidate ● related contacts and persons in charge● problem solving processes● fees and charges allocation
