Message to our Junior Enterprises

Dear Junior Entrepreneurs,

JADE Romania is searching for enthusiastic members of the Confederation members to work alongside withthe Executive Board in the following year.

Who are we looking for?We are looking for members of our JEs, willing to take on the challenge of being part of this extended team,with a genuine desire to learn new things and to work for the development of our network. We embrace theattitude of “learning by doing” and this is why it’s not only the competencies we search for, but also wewelcome the people with a positive mindset and eager to learn something new.

What you should know?We don’t expect you to neglect your Junior Enterprise. The position in the JADE Romania extended team iscompatible with the one as a member of a Junior Enterprise so we will take care with the overlapping ofactivities. The purpose is to offer our Junior Entrepreneurs another development opportunity. You will workdirectly with us, so we can share our knowledge on various areas of activity, you can easily interact withmembers of the international network and can gain lesser access to the activities and opportunities of thenetwork.

1. Since 2010, 4 Romanians were in the Executive Board of JADE Europe;

Project Manager National Meeting 2014

• Responsible for making sure the trains run on time while always coordinating with the project lead on the strategic and tactics of the National Meeting of JADE Romania 2014;

• Being the Guru of contacting Speakers, finding space for the events, scheduling workshops and managing a team;

• Promoting the event and selling it to stakeholders;

• Communicating with the Network about the Event (with the team, the members, the stakeholders, etc)

Main responsibilities

• We are looking for a person available to organize the event during the whole year(2-3rd year in the JE or alumni )

• Someone that prioritizes and plans work activities, has the ability to develop a project and speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills and conducts meetings.

• Someone who is looking for ways to improve and promote quality

• We need a “can do” attitude, a responsible, reliable and proactive person

Requirements

• You will work directly with all the Executive team as Darius Șerban is Head of Events, Liza Gutium-Head of Network and Alex Varban , Head of Finance and International Management.

What can you win?

Junior Project Manager National Meeting 2014

• Assisting the Project Manager of National Meeting 2014;

• Being the baby Guru of contacting Speakers, finding space for the events, scheduling workshops and managing a team;

• Promoting the event and selling it to stakeholders;

• Communicating with the Network about the Event (with the team, the members, the stakeholders, etc)

Main responsibilities

• We are looking for a person available to assist the PM during the whole year(2-3rd year in the JE or alumni )

• Someone that prioritizes and plans work activities, has ideas and is able to explain them clearly, demonstrates group presentation skills;

• Someone who is looking for ways to improve and promote quality;

What can you win?

Project Manager for Business Cocktail (2 positions in Cluj and Bucharest)

• Finding proper location for the event or continuing the partnership with Music Rooms Café)

• Making a research in order to find entrepreneurs and invite them as speakers to our event and maintaining the relationship with our guests;

• Promoting the event every week and selecting junior entrepreneurs to participate to Business Cocktail;

• Looking for ways to improve and innovate the event in order to make it more attractive to Junior Entrepreneurs and to the stakeholders;

Main responsibilities

• We are looking for a person available to organize and participate to the event weekly;

• A communicative, active and social person with organizing skills, able to communicate with potential guests and with proper business conduit (or willing to learn about business etiquette if needed

• We need a “can do” attitude, a responsible, reliable and proactive person

Requirements

• You will work directly with our President , Liza Gutium(as she is Head of HR ) and Darius Șerban(as he is Head of Events).

Project Manager for Private Cooperation

• Taking care of the relationships with the stakeholders;

• Finding new sponsors, create a network of our stakehlders;

• Going to different event and pitching our Confederation;

• Learning and exchanging practices with other people responsible of Private Cooperation from the International Network;

• Review the Private Cooperation plan and making it better together with the Executive team;

• Learn about JADE Romania’s identity and activities and trying to come up with different selling points or strategies

Main responsibilities

• We are looking for a person that has experience in a sales/fundraising department;

• A “can do” attitude, not easily demotivated

• Willing to work hard & play hard;

• Willingness to learn and to come up with ideas;

• Good communication skills and basic knowledge about JADE Romania;

Requirements

• You will work directly with our President , Liza Gutium(as she is Head of Private Cooperation) and Alex Vârban(as he is Head of Finance).

Junior Project Manager for Private Cooperation

• Offer support in the Sales or Fundraising Area to the Project Manager;

• Research, contact and meetings with top companies from Romania and turning them into possible partners

• Learn about JADE Romania’s identity and activities and trying to come up with different selling points or strategies

Main responsibilities

• Experience in this area is not needed, but we need a proactive, dedicated and reliable person (entrepreneurial spirit is much appreciated)

• A “can do” attitude, not easily demotivated

• Willing to work hard & play hard

• Willingness to learn and to come up with ideas

Requirements

• You will work directly with the Project Manager for Private Cooperation and Liza Gutium(as she is Head of Private Cooperation)

Main responsibilities

• Ability to work in Joomla! (mandatory)

• Desire to bring own ideas to the table and making an effort to be part also of the designing & concept part, not only the implementing part

• Reliable, proactive & “can do” attitude

• Able to be involved in weekly/monthly activities;
