CHAPTER:
Thursday’s Morning Jakarta
Members’ Paraph
Vision: develop every members business through referrals, strategic information and access to
preferable contacts.
Mission: generate as much as possible referrals
How: meeting every Thursday morning from 7h to 8h30 sharp
Where: MAC every Thursdays 7 am
Background: The club has 7 founding members. The decision to form this group was done the 11
December 2013 during the working session with the following members:

Concerto: Jehanne FABRE,
Derrick Mc Lur : TESLA,
Benjamin Crevant :Green Building,

If some members have outstanding commitment and performance they can be part of these Founding
Members based on Founding members approval.
These founding members will have the strategic role to make the group sustainable though the decision
process and will be the guarantee of the following articles:
ARTICLE 1 - COMMITMENT
Each member must be committed to the club, be on time and come as much as possible to generate
referrals. Each Member must commit to come at least 2 time a month
ARTICLE 2 - NEW MEMBER
Each member is responsible to bring guests and potential new members to grow the group. New
members are entitling to joining fee + breakfast on monthly basis. Avoid MLM.
Guests will not be allowed to come 3 times without becoming a member.
New members cannot be a competitor to an existing member. “First in, first serves”

ARTICLE 3 - FORMAT OF THE MEETING
7h-7h30 networking;
1 minute presentation: each member speaks first following by the guests. The speech need to
be controlled no more than one minute. During this one minute people must present their
company and how the group can help them (contact, services…);
10 minutes speech for a member per week present more in details his services;
Educational speech about networking 2 to 5 min;
Financial status of the group when needed;
Announcements, advertise, good plans;
ARTICLE 4 - BOARD
The board needs to be changed every 6 months and have the following functions and missions.
Founding President: Jean-Philippe BERAUD - The founder of the Group
Special advisor to the board: Mike Nicholson: he is not a member of the club but could be consulted by
the group for special advises and strategic orientations the club wants to take.
President: lead the group and its development
Secretary:
1. Manage the master list of the members,
2. Update the mailing list,
3. Do the reminder of weekly meeting and event.
4. Follow up the referrals master list and follow up.
5. Organize and remind the10 minutes speech
Treasurer: keep the group finance updated. In charge to get the joining fees + organizes the monthly
breakfast collection. If member do not join the cost of the breakfast will be put in the budget for
(rewards to members)
The choice of new board can be through election or appointment 1 month before the end of previous
Board assignment.
ARTICLE 5 - FEES
JOINING FEES
A yearly fee of 500 000 is asking to each new member for a calendar year. A member who arrives after
31st June will pay 250 000 IDR.

BREAKFAST FEES
Each member will pay one month up front for breakfast cost to the treasurer at the beginning of month
for each month.
ARTICLE 6 – REFERALS
Referral means the business connection and/or contacts that members will exchange each other. Each
member is entitled to ask and give referrals. A monthly follow up of the referrals is done by the
Secretary and an award is given to who generate the most referrals.
