Our Medium duty upright is 6 bend roll formed section, powder coated finish, available in the range of 1.6, 2 and 2.4 mm thk.

Roll Forming

1. After the verification of the material properties, sheet metal is roll formed to get the required structure.

2. Roll forming ensures no residual stresses, dimensional accuracy and precision.

1. Roll formed structures will be subjected to 7 stage cleaning process which removes oil, water and other impurities.

2. Then structures are powder coated which ensures non rusting at critical moisture conditions.

Powder Coating



Manufacturing Capabilities

1. We can produce single continuous upright of 17.5m.

1. Galvanized – 17.5m

2. Powder coated – 12m

2. We can produce single continuous Beam of 5m.

3. We can Produce Galvanized racks.

4. Powder coating process with 7 tank cleaning

5. Then final finishing of the component is powder coated, done through automated, with electro-static spray, to attain uniform finish.

6. Upright and beam are designed with guidelines given in Indian standard IS 801:1975 code of practice for use of cold formed light gauge steel structural member in general construction.



Procedure to select upright section

Upright design for given loading conditions depends on the following,

Load per level

Number of levels

Upright height or system height

Un supported length

Load per upright can be calculated from the above inputs

Beams are selected according to the load per level.

Racking isle is decided based on MHE being used.

Parameters required for designing racking system are stated in

“ENQUIRY COLLECTION FORM”
