Like you, I’m also a Super Hero!

And like Princess Leia, I’m a creative and resourceful problem-solver.

WARNING:If the team gets into a firefight with stormtroopers, I will blast our way into a garbage chute!

But on a daily basis, being a creative and resourceful problem-solver is my personality trait that will best support

me in succeeding with Firepole Marketing.

The most important piece of work experience I’ve had that will help

me do this job well, is my previous experience supporting an

entrepreneurial CEO.

That experience includes two key components:

•Supporting him so he could stay focused on high-level strategic work that drove the organization forward; and

•Coordinating the other team members’ efforts with the CEO’s work and with each other’s work, so we were all on the same page and moving together in the same direction.

most with me, is how you and your community of Beacons are building

businesses in a sustainable way to make impact that each of you

care about making. And…

What gets me really excited about this, is that it doesn’t stop with just your Beacons. Your impact spreads out to their clients, families, friends, and

broader communities.

That is massive impact! And it’s exactly what I want to support through

my work everyday.
