An Entrepreneur:
• An entrepreneur is a person of very high aptitute who pioneers changes, possessing characteristics found in only a very small fraction of the population.
• Entrepreneur means “to undertake”.
• “A good entrepreneur is one who is capable of inspiring confidence in people, and has the ability to motivate them to work with him in fulfilling the economic goals set by him.”
How a person become an Entrepreneur:
• Entrepreneurs need to be capable of both having original ideas and seeing them through. They have the stamina and determination to kick-start a project, stick with it, and get it finished. They are also:
• Stubborn and resilient enough to cope with setbacks and handle stress
• Willing to take calculated risks
• Problem solvers who can spot the opportunity in a challenge
What are skills:
• An ability and capacity acquired through deliberate, systematic, and sustained effort to smoothly and adaptively carryout complex activities or job functions involving ideas, things, and/or people.
“Entrepreneur can acquire skills if they are willing to learn them.”
Need for a skills:
• The development of entrepreneur skills must precede transfer of technology if we do not desire to keep such technologies and equipment serving such technology idle. One has also to realize that technologies are developing very fast and the skills are to match with this dynamic growth.
“Good marketing skills- that result in people wanting to buy a product- are critical for entrepreneur success.”
Skills for an Entrepreneur:
Ability to plan
Convincing skills
Risk Bearing
Confidence level
Innovation skills
Conclusion
With the help of the movies BAND BAJA BAARAT AND AVTAAR, we have shown some Entrepreneurial skills which are needed for enhancing entrepreneurial development.
Hence, these movies show that how can we enhance our confidence level, to use innovative skills and cope up with team as well as give maximum output at minimum cost.
