Terms and Conditions
• Payment of the recruiting fee will be according to the following schedule: the balance due by 30 days after start date of the hired applicant.
• All candidates are guaranteed for 90 days. If candidate does not work out replacement is free of charge.
Position Fee
Sales Representative $8,000-$12,000 (depending on retainer)
Clinical Nurse 20% of Base Salary
Regional Sales Director 20% of Base Salary
Corporate Account Director 20% of Base Salary
VP of Sales or Marketing 20% of Base Salary
CEO/CFO/President 20% of Base Salary (50% up front required)
