The role of these is to foster and manage the relationship between you and the University. Your BDM will: -– Work with you to understand your needs and requirements– Provide solutions, either ‘off the shelf’ or bespoke to your

requirements– Manage and co-ordinate any activity or delivery – Ensure you get the service and results you want
