• All consultants eligible for the same irrespective of title

• Accumulate minimum 10000 PBV in 4 continuous rolling months subject to the consultant being active in all months

• Get paid 3% on the accumulated volume on which PSB is not paid• If inactive in any month, any earlier

your Enrollment Genealogy regardless of their title or PBV. – For each title there is a maximum leg rule which means maximum

volume which would be considered from each leg.– Your titles are based on QEV

1. PBV to be added in PLV (Pay leg Volume)upto 5000BV up till

silver star level

2. MTB to be paid on a minimum pay leg volume (PLV) of 5000Rs.

3. Your PAT is based on QEV as against DV earlier. However, you

continue to earn your MTB on your Lesser Leg.

4. Your Enrolment lineage is converted into Placement Lineage

(Strong and Lesser Leg). As you grow your QEV, you will also in this

process build your Placement Lineage and help to create spillovers

for your downlines.

Rules• Blue Diamond and Royal Double Diamond can requalify for the R&R reward

only once at the same PAT. Royal Crown Diamond and higher can qualify multiple number of times on meeting the requalification criteria

• Consultant cannot avail a lower reward than the highest award ever availed• Rewards already availed cannot be availed again as per the modified plan.

For example: If you have availed the Blue Diamond reward twice, you now have to qualify as a minimum Royal Diamond for the reward

• All rewards subject to TDS as per Government of India rules• R&R points accumulated till May’14 will be converted into appropriate

number of months– For example: If you have accumulated 90000 points on Blue Diamond

title, the same will now be converted to 3 months of title achievement.
