Work closely with Supply Planning and Trade Marketing teams to develop plans to deplete slow moving and remnant inventory to free up capital. Feasibility Analysis: Research, analyze, evaluate and makes recommendations regarding the market, financial, physical, regulatory and political feasibility of proposed capital improvements and development projects. - Preparation and presentation of project descriptions, feasibility analyses, and other narrative to top management to obtain approval of proposed projects. Major Projects

Conducted a detailed analysis of “Point of Sales Material (POSM)” execution in modern retail stores of Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad. Developed a store-wise action plan for improving visibility against the competition.

Developed a 5-year capacity enhancement roadmap for 45 warehouses in the country. Conducted a comprehensive simulation test to determine future warehouse capacity needs and suggested action plans to meet the requirements.

Key Accomplishments

Demonstrated operational efficiency through process improvement and employee development which streamlined customer billing and settlement by reducing DSO (from 32 to 16 for Metro and 78 to 60 for MAF Hypermarkets).

Collaborated with Sales team to successfully negotiating 2 year contracts with Metro and Hyperstar for year 2015.
