My Crown-Rio Foodservice Consulting provides menu & marketing advisory and consultation to restaurateurs in the Metro-DC area. It also includes a membership hotline and an optional group purchasing organization program.

There are three different programs available: preferred, platinum and Business Coach Gold.

HOW DOES THIS CONSULTANCY HELP ME IMPROVE PROFITS?

A menu design analysis to drive contribution margin (product mix & item-level profit)

A food purchasing review to ensure the right supplier and rebate programs, reducing food cost and thus, increasing the bottom line.

HOW DOES IT DIFFER FROM TRADITIONAL/LEGACY CONSULTING PROGRAMS?
