Stuart Malawer brings to this important work a magical blend of scholarship and practical experience. There is nothing quite like his work – U.S. National Security Law – and I commend it to anyone interested in or involved with legal matters relating to the U.S. national security arena.

It is long-overdue and will be invaluable to governments and professionals worldwide.
