Not complicated, hard to understand, difficult.

The traditional economic system is based on things, which work in quite predictable ways. However, the behaviour of "currency" is inherently dynamic.

Liquid is only hard to understand if it is understood in terms of solid. Liquid is complex but not complicated. eco^2 is liquid.

Not brand, image, perception, standard.

The abstraction of brand follows the abstraction of stock on the international exchange, the abstraction of job titles in business, and the abstraction of celebrity in popular culture. A branded shoe has no more guarantee it will serve its function than a non-branded shoe.
