Whether you need a small meeting room for 12 to 30,

a large ballroom for 400 or the entire building for

1200 for your show, Nustreams Conference &

Culture Center is here to meet your needs.

Conveniently located off a major Ibadan -

Abeokuta highway at Mile Marker 110, our beautifully

landscaped centre offers a combination of

professionalism and tranquility for a truly perfect

event location!

With rooms varying in size from 550 to 8400 square

feet, we can accommodate large or small corporate

presentations and meetings, career fairs, trade

shows, wedding receptions, educational seminars,

birthday and holiday parties, or almost any function

you are planning.

To determine if the Conference & Culture Center is

the right location for your special event, contact one

of our Event Coordinators. They will schedule a

meeting with you to view the room(s) you are

interested in leasing and help answer any questions

you have about the facility including: rates, catering

policies, room set-up, audio/video equipment rental, or

This is the largest hall at Nustreams Conference and

Culture Centre. It has a seating capacity of a 1200

people with a standard stage for musical

performances, high tables and lecture styled

functions. Built to allow natural illumination and

with two giant projector screens, the great hall was

designed with the multimedia needs of our clients in

mind. It has six serving points to ease the

entertainment of the guest

A Venue Like No Other

At our signature restaurant, which includes the spacious

THATCHED ROOF AREA, we consistently serve high quality

food, topped off by a great atmosphere.

From an intimate gathering to a working lunch, to a

spectacular buffet, our chefs will add finesse to your

dinner function. Working closely with you, we'll serve a menu

to fit the occasion, while our experienced waiters look

after everyone to perfection.

Our Cinema Room is a 12-Seater, fully air-conditioned

room built purposefully as a relaxation place for viewing

movies on a big screen with dolby surround sound. It also

serves as a meeting place for small group meetings or

seminars requiring a cozy venue with High Definition

displays for presentations.

Sited at the highest point within our premises, The Upper

Room is a 25-seater, living-room styled, functions room

with large wall to wall mirrors and a big projector screen

for exclusive group meetings, retreats, birthday parties and

small functions that require character.

This is a medium sized hall with a seating capacity of

300 people. Complete with ceramic tiled floors and

walls, huge windows with natural light pouring in and a

grand theater-styled stage with backstage space for

preparations, this hall is in huge demand amongst our

varied clients who make use of it for such events as

wedding receptions, engagements, movie premiere,

seminars, conferences, musical video recordings,

religious programs etc.

different indoor games such as Snookers, Table Tennis,

PlayStation 3, X-Box 360, Wii, Dart and others are played.

It's a fun place for both kids and adults to wind down and

Open 7 days a week, GameWorld delivers an unrivaled

environment of stimulating fun and exciting options for

family getaways, group relaxation and individual

recreational times.

ReCLAIM! is a management consulting research
