Summary
Bakery 1
Customers prefer buy bread here rather than other product. No customer buy a cake during my observation. The decoration indicate the products here would be inexpensive. It may focus on make bread and transfer to “home-make bakery” trend.
Bakery 2
Too easy to ignore this bakery then pass. The atmosphere inside seems dull and boring even with Halloween straps. Only 1 customer went inside during my observation but buy nothing. It may change the light to light up the atmosphere.
Bakery 3
The best bakery of three. Lots of customers during my observation. Shelf position is reasonable and make the promote products more notable. However, no enough employee let the efficiency go down. Some customer left for the reason of lacking service or waiting too long for bill-paying. Staff-arrangement can be more reasonable.

Black & White style, Love it! Simple signboard but attractive
Font of sign lettering suit the meaning of brand “Answers of puzzles”. Model dolls place in front of grey background board, more clear.
Pink color attract the target customers. Model doll face inside could catch what it means
Different model doll places in front of the door and it is the central place. New arrival accessories place behind doll.
Both place accessories shelf in front of door. However, no special decoration to attract eyes. Customers usually go through it.
SummaryOchirly
Decoration is delicate even the ceiling is paint. Use metal shelves for showing is distinguish from other store. Free booklets and postcard can get on the cash register. Accessory line place far beyond or far lower to the eye level that seems like they don’t want to sell. No collocation advise from staff and they missed the chance to stimulate sales. Training in collocation may be needed.

Decoration is simple and employees are in the unpleasant attitude if they feel you don’t want to buy things. Prize of cloth is the highest of three store, but also the amount of customers is least. Attitude is the very important issue for change. The detail of model dolls should be notice.

Decoration really match its clothe style. Shopping route in the store is circle and products of both two side is in different plane level. Model dolls are the equipments to collocation promotion and it is a good way to stimulate sales. However, barely no VIP card can apply here because the first application standard is high . This is a barrier for normal guests become royal guests.
