Vance has been an East Bay resident since 1978. As a real estate broker, with over 30 years of experience, Vance has seen the area evolve for three decades. Vance has spent the past 25 years as a real estate sales manager and Vice President for several East Bay firms. Vance is currently managing broker of the Blackhawk office for J. Rockcliff Realtors Vance and his wife Sue, who is also a realtor with J. Rockcliff Realtors, live in Danville. They have two adult children. During his leisure time you will find Vance on the golf course at Blackhawk.

Jerry has been in business for over 30 years. He has been married to Stephanie for 30+ years. Stephanie is a Realtor and his business partner. They have 3 boys and 6 grandchildren. Jerry has owned and managed Re/Max Accord since 1995. Currently he has 8 offices serving Fremont, Livermore, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Danville (2), Lafayette and Montclair. Jerry has been a Danville resident since 1959. His hobbies are antiques, golfing and boating in the bay and delta. He also enjoys and maintains ponds and a salt water aquarium at his home.

As Managing Broker of the Danville office, Evelyn oversees a talented team of professional Realtors® serving communities along the 680 corridor for Coldwell Banker Residential LLC. Prior to joining the Coldwell Banker Danville office, Evelyn was a top agent for the company’s Oakland - Piedmont office for over 19 years. She served as President of the Oakland Association of Realtors and a she was a CAR Director. Evelyn and her husband, Oakland Attorney Gregory Walker, have two adult sons. The Walkers are Lifetime Cal Alumni members and proudly note they are “enthusiastic Bear Backers.”
