One Lengthy Installation
Known for their willingness to take on projects in harsh climates and challenging terrain, North American Construction Group, Inc. (NACG) is a full service pipeline contractor with over 30 years of experience in the pipeline installation industry.
These qualifications made NACG the perfect contractor to carry out a complex pipeline project featuring the installation of 1,350 meters of 24 inch pipe beneath the mighty Fraser River.
With a lengthy installation ahead, Eagle West Cranes was brought in to assist in handling the many meters of pipe. Both sides of the Fraser River, North Richmond and South Delta, had Eagle West crews and equipment at work. Using thirteen cranes to suspend lengths of pipe over valuable obstructions like railroad tracks, streets and parking lots, Eagle West put in over sixty hours on this intricate project.
