A Potato Corner In-Line store needs approximately 450 to 800 square feet of space with a minimum of 15 feet of frontage for service area. There is also the option to go with the freestanding kiosk which requires 200-300 square feet of space and remote storage.

Using new technology of hoodless Fryers, Potato Corner is among the first to be able to make fries in a kiosk without needing a hood for ventilation and filtration. This enables Potato Corner to thrive outside the food court and do best at the mall’s highest traffic hallways.

At this current juncture, Potato Corner has placed stores in the following malls: Simon’s, Westfield’s, Caruso’s and GGP’s malls. As far as positioning within the malls, Potato Corner stores perform best in major walkways, hallway intersections, entrances to food courts, and within close proximity of PlayTown or movie theaters.

The Demographic preferences are:* High traffic of families and kids.* Minimum 2 miles of surrounding residential area.* Traffic Population of medium to high Income.
