Political Diagnosis:
Representation of society's interests in the policy process:
- Governmental Accountability: How good are society'sinterests represented in the policy process, e.g. to what extendelected politician are accountable to their electorate?
- Government Capture: To what extend policy process isbiased in favor of particular interests at the expense of thegeneral public?
- Political Ownership: To what extend feel relevant societygroup's committed to implemented governmental policies?
E�ciency of policy choice:
- Political Knowledge: To what extend incorporate policybeliefs of relevant politicians available scienti�c knowledge onhow policy instruments translate into policy outcomes?
