Bauer media is the publisher of Kerrang!My magazine would ideally be as successful as Kerrang! and as Bauer media have experience with this magazine, which is similar to mine, they would be good at getting it publicity and making the brand well-established.

My magazine would fit in with Bauer media’s products and I think this company would benefit my product. It is associated with magazines of the same genre as ROCK and I think they are the best company to distribute my new product.

On the other hand....

Some competition could be good for my magazine.IPC Media produce magazines such as NME.Although this genre is different to mine, they may need a new magazine like mine to give them a wider range of clients and it could boost their sales by introducing a rock magazine to their products.If IPC media also have rock music magazines, it would get them more popularity and some buyers from Bauer media may start to show more interest in IPC media.

ConclusionI think that Bauer media would be best, as they already have

products similar to mine and they would be distributed well to my target audience and my product would fit in with the other

magazines. They have experience and would know the best ways to sell my product and gain recognition.
