RG Activities
• Main activity - attend RG meetings• Additional
– Review documents, minutes, agendas between meetings
– Attend occasional ‘working groups’• Addressing a key project task
– Attend occasional ‘offline meetings’• Addressing a key question or issue

• Provide advice, guidance, support and contact information for how best to engage and deploy – Best timing– Key contacts to work with– Communication needs– Change management and personnel
considerations– Training considerations

Program Representation
• Convey program and project information back into the workplace for
– Discussion, review and feedback• Business requirements• Deployment • Risks and issues

Program Representation
• Provide visible leadership, promote and support the program with
– senior management, academics and staff, through• pre-arranged project presentations• meetings• newsletters and reports• peer conversations

Time commitment• RG meeting - one hour, with varying
frequency– Early program phases 3-weekly/monthly– Latter phases – fortnightly
• Read meeting papers, minutes, agenda between meetings - one hour
• Attend working groups as may be required, including pre and post reading – up to three hours per group session.
• Proxy can attend if required
