RISK) Camera running out of charge or battery

WHAT WILL THIS CAUSE) If this happens we will be unable to film all of the necessary footage we need for our music video, thus leading to another day filming or an unfinished music video

PREVENTION) As this is a likely risk that may occur as we require a tremendous amount of footage for our music video. To prevent or overcome this risk, we will bring a spare charger and also a spare memory card and battery, to ensure we can film all of the footage. Therefore, we will be prepared in case this does happen.

RISK) Actor not showing up to filming

WHAT WILL THIS CAUSE) As we are using an actor from outside of our media coursework group, the actor may not turn up or be able to make the shooting time.

PREVENTION) To prevent this from happening, there will be a lot of communication taking place between the media group and actor. This will ensure that we are able to make the time as well as the actor. Also we have back up actors for the worst case scenarios.

RISK) WEATHER

WHAT WILL THIS CAUSE) As some of our filming will take place outside, extreme or severe weather may result in us being unable to shoot our music video.

PREVENTION) We will carry out extensive weather research to make sure the day and times we have decided to film will not rain or have extreme weather. If it does happen then we will dedicate that shooting time to parts of the music video that are not outside.
