Recalling the past, it's been a long time coming. In view of the 20 years' development, our emotion surging.

In 1992, "Risheng" started preparing;

In 1993, "Risheng" formally established and started designing, manufacturing and selling refrigeration compressed air dryer;

In 1994, "Risheng" was authorized to be China general agent of "domnick hunter";

"Risheng" became the first company to be identified as "the national high and new technology enterprise" in the compressed air

purification sector in China;

In 1996, "Risheng" successfully developed "energy-saving combined compressed air dryer", and acquired national patent;

In 1998, "Risheng" became the first company to get ISO 9001 Quality System Accreditation both domestically and internationally in the

compressed air purification sector in China;

In 1999, "Risheng" was the first company to develop the combined compressed air dryer with PDP-75℃ in the compressed air purification

sector in China;

In 2000, "Risheng" completed the development of the third generation refrigeration dryers, desiccant dryers and combined dryers;

In 2001, "Risheng" was the first company to successfully develop " environmental protection refrigeration dryers with R404a, R134a and R407c";

In 2003, "Risheng" successfully developed energy-saving steam heat recovery, low purge air loss blower desiccant air dryer; "Risheng"

successfully developed heat desiccant air dryer with single capacity of 620m3/min, which is the biggest dryer in Asia;

In 2005, As the industry association member, "Risheng" took part in the creation of industry standards;

In 2006, "Risheng" successfully developed "heat of compression (waste heat) desiccant air dryer";

In 2007, "Risheng" became the first company to get "production license" in the compressed air purification sector in China;

In 2008, "Risheng" became the first air dryer manufacturer to acquire CE certificate in the compressed air purification sector in China;

In 2009, "Risheng" started to supply big heat of compression (waste heat) desiccant air dryer with about 100 units per year to the Fortune

500 companies;

In 2011, "Risheng" became the industry association director and took part in studying the energy-saving standard of compressed air dryer;

Our SSD, PD energy-saving refrigeration dryers and some zero purge desiccant dryers were put into use successfully;

In 2012, "Risheng" and "PSI" (a famous filter element manufacturer in UK) set up a joint venture in Hangzhou and started mass production;

In September of the same year, "Risheng" again became the first company to pass "production license" strictly audit.

SSD Series Stainless Steel Dryer

Sturdy and durable

Different from Carbon steel material product.

Using 304S stainless steel for heat exchanger, water separator and

air connections can avoid the secondary pollution to air quality, so

the SSD series dryer can be directly used for food and medicine,

semiconductor, senior spraying and ect.

Nano anticorrosive coating on air condenser makes the useful life

longer.

Energy saving and environmental protection

Heat exchanger is following Europe and America advanced

plate - fin structure,highly heat-efficiency;

The inlet and outlet temperature difference of pre-cooler is 3-5℃,

which is much more better than the similar products and minimize the

outlet relative humidity and avoid condensation in the pipings.

Outlet compressed air relative humidity is low,the below air pipe

surface without Condensation phenomenon.

The pre-cooler reclaim nearly 90% compressed air,and greatly

reduces the evaporator load, so the power consumption of the

refrigerant compressor is low,only 70% of the normal one.

Friendly refrigerant is adopted for all series dryers

Safe and reliable Adopt superior quality compressor and set multiple protection. Patented WS water separator ensures super dew point.Essential components are international famous brand, with high reliability.

Energy saving and environmental protection

Heat exchanger design is based on HTFS of Aspen. Twisted tape in the heat exchanger pipe can improve heat transfer efficiency. 8~10℃ Temperature difference between inlet and outlet of precooler, which is not only ensure minimum outlet relative humidity, but also stop orifice freezing, and greatly superiorto congeneric products. Precooler recovered more than 90% cooling capacity, and reducedload of evaporator efficiently, so total energy consumption is only85% of congeneric products.Environmental protection refrigerant for all range products, whichcompliance with differenet environmental laws of different countries. Various controller types

Mechnical type with trouble alarm is standard configuration. Options for different requirement: Single chip, PLC, touch sreen and ect. Can meet different requirement from RS485 I/O、Profibus、Modbus、to Ethernet.

Accurate selection of refrigeration compressed air dryer

According to the cooling type, our L series refrigeration compressed air dryer can be divided into two types:

the air-cooled type (F) and the water-cooled one (S).

When considering the final model of the refrigeration compressed air dryer, we need to ensure the following

technical parameters first, such as the real maximum flow capacity(m3/min), the min. inlet pressure(MPA(g)),

the max. inlet temperature (℃), the dew point temperature (℃), and the max. ambient temperature(℃).

Based on the above parameters, please refer to the following chart to get the modulus and put it into the

following formula to get the selection capacity.

Adsorption tower bottom by supporting porcelain ball, which make the airflow distribution more uniform, not only can prevent the bottom adsorbent soaked in water, but also can extend the life of the adsorbent. Stainless steel shunt with special design, can great reduce the pressure loss. Special customized high-performance adsorbent, can achieve excellent dew point. A full range of standard configuration for high performance pneumatic valve, when it's running, reliability and pressure loss are significantly better than the film valve, solenoid valve. Configuring multiple protection of electric heater, greatly improving the reliability. Standard gas control valve control with high efficiency oil, dust filter.

Supportive Ceramic Balls used at the bottom of adsorption tower make

uniform air-flow distribution,in this way ,desiccant can be protected

from soaking and also get longer service life,together with special

designed stainless steel flow divider,pressure loss can be greatly reduced.

Special designed high performance desiccant can get best dew point.

Famous blower is with reliable performance and low energy loss.

Pneumatic valves are made by special materials with superb

thermostability,by using double activate solenoid valves ,the reliability

and service life can be greatly improved.

Standard configuration is using high efficiency oil-removed and

dust-removed filter for pneumatic valves.

piping line.
