By iden3fying the current process and understanding the advantages of the CRM we were able to implement a new automated project management process. The customiza3on of fields, ac3vity templates and communica3on templates designed for email and marke3ng materials enhanced the Your Expert Na3on teams ability to contact and manage new project expecta3ons. Repor3ng to management with an updated to the minute solu3on. The goal of the process was to improve workflow and enable the company to con3nue to next step in an efficient, produc3ve process.
