•  What We Do: Provide management assistance to small business owners in the form of one-‐on-‐one counseling, training seminars, assistance with SBA loans and technical assistance.

•  Who We Serve: Anyone who is interested in starIng a small business or in expanding an already exisIng business (for profit) is eligible to use SBTDC services.

•  What We Don't Do: No financing; no tax or legal advice; and no private business advocacy or endorsements.

•  Manufacturers employing up to 500 •  Wholesalers employing up to 100 •  Retailers with annual gross sales up to $6.5 million •  Service businesses with gross revenues up to $6.5 million

•  General construcIon firms w/average annual receipts up to $31 million

•  Special trade construcIon with average annual receipts not exceeding $13 million

•  Agriculture w/average annual receipts up to $750,000
