Our System can help you to reduce your electricity bill from 40 to 60 % (depending on the conditions).This system had been tested by many volunteers and got remarkable satisfaction and only positive feedback from all those who have tried the product. Characteristics of Servo energy-saving injection molding machines 1. High energy saving: In an ideal working state, compared with conventional injection molding machines, their energy saving can reach 50%-80% with servo system. 2. Better Molding Stability: Compared with conventional injection molding machines, repeatability is greatly improved due to servo motor close-loop control. 3. Quick response: due to sensitive servo motor, the response time is only 0.05 second. 4. Quiet & low noise: The machine runs with low noise, and will be much quieter in a low speed. 5. Reliable holding pressure: Compared with all electric injection molding machines, the time for pressure holding will be much longer and steady. 6. Injection Molding Machine with Servo Drive will be future trend in the market, and reconstruction of standard(fixed pump) or even variable pump machine to ones with servo system is now a popular and profitable investment.
Servo System Features
1: Energy Saving and Cost Reduction
Case of customer: The electric power charge of a machine was 70,000 RMB/year,after reconstruction the charges was reduced to 35,000 RMB/year for paticuler working condition, the charge was even reduced to 7,000 RMB/year. This means the money invested can be withdrew within a year.

Servo System Energy Saving Principle
The uniqueness of the injection molding machine’s requirement for flow: discrete flow
recycles.
Ordinary Machine
Using fixed flow delivery system, the flow supply exceeds the machine’s demand, much
overflow occur when operating thus huge waste of energy cannot be avoid.
Servo Machine
Using servo control system the flow supplies according to the machine’s demand. 1. The Servo motors stops rotating during cooling, so the system does not consume energy. 2. In pressure retaining the servo system output experience very little internal leakage of hydrologic oil refreshing system
with minimum power consumption. 3. The system runs substantially without overflow loss or useless consumption of Energy.

SES Servo Drive
Advantage of the SES Servo Drive 1:- Excellent voltage compatible range: 330V-528V three phase alternating current input.
2:- Built in break unit in all series , less space occupied.
3:- Parameter storage panel , allowing mass test and convenient system replacement.
4:- Both KTY and PTC overheating protection are incorporated.
5:- Optional PID control, better solution for the problem that the flow decreases when the
p ressu r es r ea ch es i t s instruction. This solu ti on is testified by an contrast
experiment with other brand of servo system – when manufacturing high hardness plastic
such as PC, our system shows better performance.

Ses Servo Motors
Advantage of SES Servo Motor 1:- Double Cooling-down design: The combination of air cooling and water
cooling
Lets understand this by following diagrams .
As shown in figure 1 , The cold air from the motor rear will become hot as it reach the fore
part due to heat exchange of the motor. And combined with the heat conducted from the
pump, the actual temperature of the motor’s for part will be much higher than that of rear.
Service lives of the bearing will thus be shortened.
As shown in figure 2, water cooling design for the fore part can effectively reduce the
temperature of this part and both the motor and the sealing equipment of pumps are
protected.

2: Low Interior Rotor
Short service of the bearing and heat demagnetization are two major defects of the servo
motors.
Large inertia is the main cause of thses problems. On the other hand large intertia leads to
large impact to the bearing in the rapid acceleration, deceleration and backward-forward
roatating processes, which will shorten the service life of the bearing.
On the other hand large intertia required large current in both acceleration and
deceleration processes which causes more heat and finally leads to heat
demagnetization.
To resolve the problem , unique hollowed-out design is adopted for SES servo motor sheets
which makes these motors much lighter then the ordinary ones and thus the problem
mentioned above can be easily avoided.
Interior installation of the maganetic steels is adopted to guarantee that the magnetic steels
never be detached when the rotor running in high speed.
