What our clients say

Mark Riches, CEOWorld Duty Free

Sheridan&Co has maintained the total D.N.A of the old World of Whiskies shops but updated it to the 21st Century. The brief was delivered exactly as we wishes and I was completely blown away when I visited the store, as it exceeded my wildest dreams. We look forward to working with Sheridan&Co in the future on further projects.

This site was described as ‘The best whisky environment in the world’ by Martin Moodie of the Moodie Report.

David Stephens, V.M. Manager Estee Lauder

Sheridan&Co has one of the best creative teams I have ever worked for. They have the ability to take a brief and really develop it without compromising the identity or direction of our brands. Their attention to detail is second to none, and the quality of builds is superb.

Projects are managed from start to finish incredibly well and with only one person to deal with, projects run fast and efficiently. They are a pleasure to work with!

Rebecca Hough, Head of P.O.S.Dunhill

We have been delighted with the work that the design team at Sheridan&Co have produced for us over the past few months They have a very innovative and detailed approach and have tackled a challenging brief head on. The team have produced a well engineered, bespoke solution that really delivers by allowing us to display and hero key products in a unique way.

We are now to looking to implement their design work on a global basis to feature in dunhill stores worldwide.

SolutionHigh-gloss dark brown counters and walls are the signature colour of the brand, and make a bold and distinct presence in the retail environment. Oversized satin white Corian countertops are a stylish and striking visual element that frame the Laura Mercier display units.

Gold details and polished steel and mirror accents give a dynamic sense of glitz and movement. Anchoring the sites are beautiful fields of honey onyx tile; an important element that adds warmth and completes the balance of contemporary and traditional.

Floating above the Bloomingdales and Harvey Nichols sites are custom Swarovski crystal chandeliers, providing an elegant sparkle. Overall, the sites, like the Laura Mercier brand, strive to be elegantly modern – an approachable yet confident and uncomplicated beauty.

Laura MercierNew York: Saks 5th Avenue, Bloomingdales; London: Harvey Nichols, Selfridges; Galleries Lafayette in Berlin and Paris.

BriefSheridan&Co designers worked closely with the Laura Mercier team to develop a palette of materials and design elements that make a strong brand statement.

BriefTo maintain WDF’s reputation as a specialist whisky store and ‘haven for whisky drinkers’, but also to broaden its appeal to a more diverse audience

SolutionThe new design concept for the store mixes the modern and traditional, juxtaposing a sleek, contemporary interior with a palette of seasoned materials associated with the whisky industry, such as oak and brass. The arched ceiling clad with oak echoes the inside of a whisky barrel. To demystify some of the issues surrounding malt whisky, areas were created including the Discover Your Taste Bar and product zones such as Fireside Indulgence or Rare & Vintage

ResultsSales in 1st month of redesigned store raised 20% compared to previous years

BriefCreate a new merchandising and window system for its jewellery collection, upgrading the experience whilst integrating the story of its long and illustrious history.

SolutionWe asked ourselves ‘what is a window really for?’ Behind the glass of a jeweller’s window lies luxury; in front stands desire. A jeweller’s window should tempt a meeting, engender an entrance. Regimented window displays appear a barrier, deterring the desired embrace.

The answer was to encourage a customer’s entrance to the store by visually seducing the eye using curvature in the displays and an arced hierarchy of graphic, unit and product. Each is linked by shape and alignment, and by swoops of hand-tied ribbon. The result is a more organic visual landscape which speaks of nature; a vista which looks open and inviting.

The system has flexibility in its implementation, as Mappin & Webb’s showrooms vary architecturally from the historic to the contemporary.

ResultsMappin & Webb is hugely impressed, and is using the concept for its Christmas windows. Sheridan&Co is also now designing for the windows of its sister retailer, Goldsmiths.

Absolut Vodka “Rock Edition” launched in Selfridges on 1st September before rolling out to top supermarkets, display cabinets at premium bars & travel retail locations around Europe in October 2009

BriefBring the ‘Main Event’ concept - the idea that everyone can enjoy a rock star experience - to life within the travel retail sector through a family of promotional installations SolutionWe created a series of promotional installations to reflect the fashion, glamour & vibrancy of today’s modern rock star. Each stand is specifically designed according to the chosen location - airports in Stockholm, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Moscow, Barcelona, & Istanbul. Bespoke features included shelving made to look like guitar amplifiers, a drum kit, tread plate flooring & gobo projections to really bring the stand to life

ResultProduct sold out with 2 weeks remaining of the promotions allocated timescale. The concept was so well received we were asked to stretch it to include a prize draw.
