Main Exploration Projects

•Big Daddy Chrome Project – a major, exciting Chrome discovery on the Freewest Option Property located in the James Bay Lowlands “Ring of Fire” located 4 kilometres to the NE of Noront’s Eagle 1 Magmatic Massive Sulphide Deposit, Spider has earned 25% interest from Freewest under Dec. 2005 option agreement, Spider can earn an additional 5% in conjunction with KWG’s efforts to earn an additional 5%, Spider is operator through to March 31, 2010. Drilling planned for 2009

• McFaulds Lake Project –10 VMS discoveries starting in 2003, all located in the “Ring of Fire”. McFaulds 1 and 3 have undergone recent resource estimates, filed NI 43-101 report in 2008 (Spider optioned project to UC Resources, Spider to contribute after UC earns up to 55%, Spider to maintain 30% interest). Drilling planned for 2009

2008 Operations – Big Daddy

In 2008 Spider’s exploration efforts were focused on the Big Daddy Chrome Project where;

•Nearly 7 km (6,989 metres) were drilled in 19 holes over the Big Daddy Chrome property; •2,837 samples were sent for analytical testing for chromium and other metals;• A well mineralized chromium enriched zone was drill tested over 400 metres strike length, trending along the southeast edge (top) of a steeply dipping, northeasterly trending magnetically rendered peridotite sill;•Additional ground geophysics was completed over property, as an aid in planning the initial drilling;•Property boundary was cleared out, in anticipation of perimeter survey.

Recent (winter 2009) ground gravity and magnetic gradient surveys, have further rendered, refined, and focused drill targeting.

• NI-43-101 report by Micon International filed in March 2009 outlining scope of work of next phase of exploration, chrome target area was further defined as result of winter 2009 geophysical surveys• 700 metre strike length yet to be tested to the NE from last drill section based upon new geophysical information•Additional geophysical targets exist on property, some of which are MMS and/or VMS style targets, to be considered for additional work including Pulse EM, followed by drilling if warranted;•Summer/Fall 2009 program planned to encompass ~11,000 metres of drilling (utilizing two drills), to produce preliminary resource estimate, perimeter survey, base line environmental study, additional geophysical surveying, costing an estimated $5.6 million (shared 50:50 with KWG), Spider’s share would be ~ 2.8 million.

• Historical Drilling in 2006 (1 hole), early 2008 (3 holes) and late 2008 (11 holes) has tested only ~400 metres, outlined in blue, of the ~1100 metre long anomaly, leaving 700 metres of potential strike length to test.

McFaulds VMS ProjectThe McFaulds Project is located in the James Bay Lowlands, the area of one of Canada’s newest exploration camps, and an exciting area of new, multi -metal discoveries by several exploration companies.

The project encompasses 141 staked claims (~32,000 hectares) and has had a total of 84 holes drilled between 2003 and 2008.

Highlights include discovery of 10 individual VMS occurrences, of which 2 have undergone detail drilling with resource estimates (NI 43-101 technical reports filed on SEDAR). The best drill intersection encountered 18.8m averaging 8.02% copper (Hole McF-04-57) in McFaulds #3 occurrence.

UC Resources Inc has an Option to earn up to 55% ownership in the project by spending $4.5 million on the project over 4 years (UC has earned 25% thus far by incurring in excess of $2.0 million prior to March 2009).

UC advises that they have recently completed ZTEM survey over MCF-05, 06 as well as another target, planning drill program for summer 2009

Exploration Projects (other projects)

•Kyle Kimberlite Project – Spider discovered diamondiferous 5 kimberlites NE of the “Ring of Fire” area in the mid-1990’s. Filed NI 43-101 report in 2008 (Spider optioned project to Renforth, Spider only contributes after Renforth earns up to 55% , Spider maintains 30% interest)

•Diagnos Initiative Project – a conceptual project within the Ring of Fire, using statistical analysis of proprietary geophysical datasets to generate targets similar to other known successfully tested targets. Six properties were acquired, airborne surveys completed resulting in one priority drill target (50:50 partnership with KWG, Spider is operator as per May 2006 JV agreement)

• Wawa Diamond Project – Spider discovered several diamond occurrences along the Trans Canada Highway, near Wawa, in 1996. Advanced contribute or dilute once Spider has earned 66.66% interest, Spider is operator of project, per one occurrence to drill phase in 2008, samples in lab for analysis (KWG to May 2006 JV agreement)

•MacFadyen Diamond Project – a diamond exploration project near the Victor Diamond Mine, 100 tonne bulk test planned by Debuts Diamond (KWG controls Debuts, Spider to contribute to maintain 33.33%, KWG is operator per May 2006 JV agreement)

Page 15: Spider Resources Corporate Presentation july 2009

Kyle Kimberlite Project

•This project consists of five kimberlites (K1 – K5) discovered between 1994-96 by Spider. Subsequent drill testing continues to confirm that each kimberlite is diamond bearing.•Spider optioned this project in 2006, to Renforth Resources whereby Renforth can earn 55% by spending $6 million over 4 years. •Renforth requested an amendment to agreement in 2008 to reflect missed minimum earn-in by July 2007, received extension and committed to expenditure by end of 2008.•Expended $3.49* million by end of 2008 on project (*2008 year end financials of Renforth).•Renforth has 18 other claims in area that form part of this Project

Kyle 2 Kimberlite

•Renforth drilled two holes in 2007 to as preliminary test of this kimberlite, recovered one commercial diamond•More worked completed during 2008 with continuation of testing to get to 5 metric tonnes of this kimberlite, results to be added to earlier testwork to come up with estimated cpt grade based upon mini-test for commercial sized diamonds.
