Scale up : Run your pilot successfully and then attempt to scale up.Market : Understand how your market/ecosystem works including marketing and competition. Innovate : Think innovatively in reaching or acquiring customers. Look at the bottom-line from day one : Start breaking even from – day one – there are no free lunches.Valuation : Don’t spend too much time thinking about valuation – first build your company/business.Winner takes all : It’s a battle. Everyone will dissuade you. Only few take the elevator route to success – but most of them have to take the stairs.
