What is subliminal?
These are those exercises which are intense enough to influence the mental processes or the behavior of the individual.
BUT, HOW?
Answer lies in the working of working of brain.
Brain working can be classified in mainly to parts: Conscious working Sub-conscious working
Conscious mind interact with the surrounding
Sub- conscious mind is responsible for the response to surrounding.

It is all around us but one might never come to know.
They are the “hidden messages”. Consumer can be easily encouraged to
buy a product by influencing its senses You will not see it, neither hear yet your
mind perceive it.

The conscious mind doesn’t have time to rationalize or analyze subliminal messages.
So, people might more easily accept them.
