Who doesn’t like the A-team? This popular TV show of the eighties is built around a team of 4 highly skilled individuals, each with their unique strengths and skills. Together they manage to solve the most challenging ordeals. During this session, we will compare them with the different roles in an agile development team and try to gain more insight in team collaboration and responsibilities.
