The predominantly Roman Catholic, multicultural Colombia is well known for producing amazing music, food,& wildlife. But as a population that is steadily increasing, it has led to more women in

the upper classes progressing higher up the career ladder, whilst the lower classes still have the women staying at home with the children, however families always reunite on weekends

to have lunch together.

As Colombia is the 5Th happiest country of the world, image, well being, politeness, etiquette& elaborate extended greetings also play a big role in society.

They are firm believers that the quality of life is especially important, the ethos of work hard, play harder and the national symbol is the condor signifies liberty and sovereignty.

And with projects like BAVAIRA’s Fundación Bavaria , helping to eradicate the poorest communities, with social investment programmes to increase job & revenue generation, poverty reduction,

progress & sustainable development in the country.
