• Dynamic ever changing 10 000 piece puzzle.

• Building stuff.

• Love uncertainty.

• Want to make a difference.

• Love to learn.

• Can handle/ thrive stress.

• Tenacity/endurance is a thrill.

• Thrill of the chase.

• Love independence, hate routine.

• “T-person”[founder of Palm I think coined the term]

• Like routine.

• Regular income.

• Get stressed/don’t want to learn about handling stress.

• Want work/life “balance”.

• Like certainty.

• Low energy.

• “Linear” person.

• Think the world owes you something.

• Too young / Too old

• Too smart / Not smart enough

• Too poor / Too rich

• Not Australian / Australian

• Too technical / Not technical enough.

• I have no “idea”

• More difficult than I ever expected

• Acquiring Customers

• Marketing

• Momentum

• Emotional rollercoaster.

• “Bad” / old school side of business.

• Understanding / managing cash flow• Finding the right staff

• Jealousy

• Easier than I had ever expected

• Gets easier

• You won’t be able to solve all problems upfront.

• Momentum, momentum (execution)• Collaborate, partner

• “Don’t let your shadow define you”.

• Beware the ego.
