Our manufacture has been involved in the wood business for

The branded TAVILINE and TAVINEL panels as well as custom
made structures are used to acoustically treat auditoria, concert
halls, museums as well as university lecture theatres and private
buildings.
Our manufacturer has a strong focus on projects; specializing in
custom-made products with flexible manufacturing; from wall and ceiling panels, and acoustic doors -
providing the complete internal acoustic cladding.

Our manufacturer have been involved in the acoustical field for many years and are able to advise on the suitability of
certain acoustic products for treatment. There are times when the client would help them technical acoustic
questions specifically related to our TAVILINE and TAVINEL products.
Custom - made products for specific projects can be tested and full acoustic data needed by the project
management team, the acoustician and the architect can be provided.
We can also make available our acoustician partners to help with the acoustic testing and treatment of buildings and
interior spaces. On-site study can be facilitated as well as post installation testing.
All products are acoustically tested and certified in Europe

Our NUBE acoustic panels are complete
panels comprising of the outer open face,
the acoustic fleece, the absorbent rockwool
insulation and the backboard.
They can be of standard sizes ready to install;
Sizes 600x600, 1200x600, 1200x1200
They may also be made to custom sizes and
shapes to create 3D shapes and intricate
acoustic structures.
The panels follow our tested TAVINEL
Perforations patterns and acoustic rating.

undulating reflective ceiling. Wall cladding in TAVILINE Liso beech panels.

The Auditorium is conceived by JV designers, Omrania & Associates and HOK to be the ‘Premier’ high quality, finely finished
and articulated space in the CMA Tower project. In this respect, the acoustic performance, consistent and extremely high
quality of workmanship, fine finishing and detailing of the complex, intricate three dimensional wall and ceiling cladding is of
critical importance to the success of the auditorium.
The CMA Tower is the tallest tower and centrepiece to KAFD and envisaged as an example of the highest international
workmanship quality as befits the client, Capital Markets Authority (CMA), Saudi Arabia.

MELAMINE
Melamine finishes come in a large range of wood grains and solid col-
ours. Melamine is an impregnated paper finish that has the
look of wood or paint and can be used when a budget needs
Natural wood is the choice for luxurious interiors and has
been for centuries. The beauty of natural wood is that each
species, even within species the grain and colour varies.
No two pieces of wood are the same.
With time wood changes in colour and shade. Certain
species, Walnut will lighten with expose to light, while
others, cherry or maple will mellow and darken. This is all part
of a natural product. When adding extra panels or replacing
some, the colour will not be the same as the original, but with
time the sun will blend all the tones together.

High pressure laminate ( HPL ) is
a very resistant surface used is
high wear areas and counter tops. Available in wood grain, Metal
and solid colours.
Euroclass Standards RESISTANCE TO FIRE
All panels are manufactured to the fire standards required by the client.
Class B, Euro board with the certification Bs2d0.
Panels are also certified as complete units - using FR Mdf Bs2d0, a unique intumescent adhesive and roller coating lacquers to meet the
highest standard for veneered mdf panels Cs2d0.
We use Euroclass Bs2d0 mdf in our panel production as we all Bs2d0 lacquer / painted surfaces.
- Timber or plywood with a density more then 400 kg/m3 are considered to have low fire propagation similar to FR MDF
- Euro Class Bs2d0.
- When using Fire Rated Mdf with a veneer surface an additional fire rated lacquer must be applied to
the surface in order to counter the effect of the wood veneer.
When manufacturing with fire rated board we follow the instruction according to the certificate held my the
factory, according to UNE-EN 13501 1:07 Standards - ‘Classification of performance against fire of
construction products and building elements’.
ENVIRONMENT
We use FSC / PEFC certified substrate
and veneers when required.

environmentally appropriate, socially

The
production facility is implementing a
chain of custody management system
in accordance with the requirements of
