The first comprehensive performance analysis conducted, giving an in-depth understanding of every member in the LC. The analysis was prepared over 2 months, and conducted 2 weeks after, where members were thoroughly measured on their personal and professional growth and development.
A breakthrough initiative by TM to train and recruit additional EP Managers from the LC, which successfully saw an increase in effective EP management.
