Copy one of these grids and paste it to a new slide.

Paste the image you want to check into the same slide.

Put the grid over the image and size it to the same height and width.

Step 4.
If your grid’s squares don’t all look equal, to fix them:
1. Click on the grid2. Click on the layout menu3. Click on “distribute rows”4. Click on “distribute
columns”

Step 5.
Evaluate. Do more than five squares have text in them? If so, redesign the image.
