Rock climbing or mountain climbing is a sport which is considered as the best way to get workout for all the parts of the body. It is also advised by some doctors for relaxation. There are a lot of benefits you can get from rock climbing. Climbing mountains are considered to be a significant accomplishment too. Rock climbing is not just merely climbing mountains. The sports have developed to embrace numerous different varieties of climbing. Here we point out the different types of rock climbing.
