These are oil sealed so named Oil Sealed Rotary High Vacuum Pumps & they are rotary vane type positive displacement pumps. These pumps are constructed such a way that not only complete assembly is immersed in oil but also shaft seal is designed in such a way that it totally eliminates the possibility of suction of air through it. These are designed to achieve maximum vacuum in a very short time.

While creating vacuum rise in temperature of the unit also remains under check, which in turn reduces the wear and tear of its components. “SAWANT HIGH VAC” Oil Sealed Rotary High Vacuum Pumps are suitable for noiseless and trouble free performance..

These pumps are very compact and are so simple in design that all minor repairs, in case of need, can be carried out easily without removing the main housing from its base plate and without disturbing the alignment.And In order to keep it cool, a jacket is constructed around three sides of the pump housing, in which water is compel to circulate for keeping the temperature of vacuum pump under control and retaining the performance at its best.

AccessoriesThis is a one-way valve, to be fitted on the suction of vacuum pump. It is provided with a spring-tensioned rubber diaphragm.The diaphragm is pulled down due to suction of air when the pump starts and it blocks the port by spring-tension and vacuum, as soon as the pump stops and thereby prevents sudden back-flow of oil. This is for limited time only

It has a bourdon type gauge having range 0 to 760 mm of Hg. Suitable for rough indications only. The regulator is screw type which leaks atmospheric air into the pump and thereby maintains any desired vacuum in the system.

This is a metallic chamber covered with a removable glass top and is provided with an air admittance valve. A tray is also included for keeping hygroscopic material which absorbs moisture in the air before entering into the pump. This is advisable only in case of small systems having little moisture.

Two Stage Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump

SAWANT HIGH VAC” Two-Stage Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps & Compressors has construction is such that Two stages are connected in series to get backing action and increased efficiency. Each stage consist of independent impeller eccentrically housed in independent casing but mounted on a common shaft. Sealing at the stuffing box is either by gland packing or mechanical seal. Bearings areb at exreme ends and do not come in contact with liquid. This pumps can also be supplied to run as Liquid-ring Compressors Varing Capacity From 100 to 1000 m3/hr.
