To be successful, you need to be inspired. One would think that perhaps the reverse would be true?

That to be inspired, you need to be successful, but that is not the case.

To be successful, truly successful, you need to visualize how to get there.

Is your dream owning your own business?



Then you need to come up with a creative plan that you can break down into pieces that are manageable so they can be achieved.

In order to accomplish this, you need a good, solid plan, and that plan will inspire the success that you are trying to accomplish for yourself, and for the future.

What if you do not want to own your own business?



Simply reading a book can inspire success.

How often do we hear quotes every day that are spoken to give inspiration?

'Do not give up'. 'The early bird gets the worm'.

Those are just two of the most common quotes heard in everyday life.



These quotes can inspire and push you to join that basketball team, or go out and join a singing club.

Even though these are not the huge successes, they are successes, and they still do count.

When you think about it, life is made up of little successes every day.



We achieve those successes with inspiration.

We accomplish those successes by becoming inspired first, then planning, then finally, we accomplish our goal.

If inspiration did not go hand in hand with success, then we would have a lot less paintings.

Imagine if the Sistine Chapel were not painted, or the Mona Lisa.



What if the artists simply saw that beauty that could be accomplished, and shrugged their shoulders and moved on?

The world would be a sadder place without those beautiful works of art.

Even a simple daily event, such as cooking is inspirational.



Do you really think that we would enjoy the boxed goodness that is Kraft Mac and Cheese?

Not to mention desert.

There would be no creativity, no inspiration, to come up with new and improved ideas on what dish to design to delight a guest, or to simply delight yourself.



Cooking takes time and inspiration to come up with new and exciting dishes.

Just look at Gordon Ramsey.

Any person who has seen him cook on television can never say that he does not have a passion for his work, nor is he lacking in inspiration for cooking.

Finally, think about science.



Cures for so many different diseases would not have been found if the scientists were not inspired to find a cure.

There would be no flu shots to prevent the flu, there would not be a vaccination for the mumps (which by itself is a deadly disease) nor would there be simple over the counter medicine.

Need a cough drop? Nope, nobody was really inspired to invent it.



Our world would be completely different if we were not inspired.

I am fairly sure that we would still be sitting around in caves, trying to come up with an idea on how to stay warm in the winter.

So without inspiration, there is no success.



That inspiration to try, and the inspiration to dream on how to accomplish that success.
