Recruitement mission

Great service from our

A partner wants to start using LinkedIn as an additional recruitment tool

It all started with a detailed intake. We need to know the partner before we can even start to think about a LinkedIn strategy.Next step was to have several meetings together with people of all these departments: communication, marketing, HR, regional managers and a few ‘consultants’ (in order to have a feedback from the field).Once we decided together with our partner what the strategy would be, we made a special training program for the managers, the regional manager, the office managers and the consultants.All this was perfect in line with the vision of the mother company.No need to tell that the ROI on this project was very high.On regular basis we still do a follow up of the profiles, company pageand group participations to advise our partner.

LinkedIn as additional sales tool for one of our partnersSimilar to the previous case study, it is very important to know our partner before we can propose whatever kind of vision and strategy or organize tailor made training.During the intake and several preparative meetings we gathered information on what the strategy is for prospection, profiles on LinkedIn, branding, marketing, … Once we had this information we immediately told this partner that LinkedIn should remain an additional tool and must not be considered as the new magical wonder. In their sector LinkedIn certainly has an added value but can’t be used as a real sales tool.

Heu, is that it?That’s not what I call a 100% covered project and a good

service.Sounds like a great case study to me ... NOT. It makes me even

loose my beautiful color!

Next step was to define the people, companies and market (prospects and clients) they wanted to get introduced to.Before the first training a lot of work needed to be done. People got informed and in some cases individually coached how to put their profile in line with the strategy of the company (which was already well thought by the partner).A professional, creative and attractive company page was made.People were asked and taught to collect valid recommendations and actively participate in groups that are specific for their sector and collect very valid and important information that could be shared again.The next logical step is to let your network start prospecting and selling together with you.
