Business need and Opportunity– Ability of Manage stock for High volume and rotations offerings in México– Current tool CCE and P2 in LA do not offers Stock counter functionality for Spanish LA countries– LA need to increase CUSAT for this kind of offers. To much complaints of customer side using current tools– Increase the productivity of backend with Teleweb registering the tracking of orders– Mass load functionality via an Excel file for data import– Tool that will help with coordinate Offerings previous Event Remarketing Day

Objectives and benefits (both for IBM and the Customer)– Increase the low satisfaction of LA BRANDS Xseries and Gars for manage web high volume campaigns, reinforcing ibm.com as sales

channel– Consistent on-demand shopping experience for the customer– Availability of local catalog adding value information for shopping process, and customer increasing efficiency and keep informed

** Open e-solutions have to be intended under very strict rules. In case of open e-solutions, it has to be clearly stated the number of users accessing the tool. If not stated the PDD will be rejected. Data Privacy review is carefully performed for open e-solutions. Open e-solutions might use a subset of WSE functions (no reports, no workflow,...). Mixed e-solutions (open for some users and pwd protected for others) must be implemented on separate DBs.
