About

weLEAD is a Leadership Shaping Summit that aims to enable safe environments where participants can explore, discover and shape their leadership talents to effectively turn intentions into tangible results as well as learn how to design and execute Leadership Development Programs for others.

The summit is based on a program of the same name that has been delivered with excellent results in Ukraine, India, China and Greece by Dey Dos since 2011.

➥ Apply a different and deeper approach to the role of the leader within different contexts and situations, empowering the creation of more leaders and not more followers

➥ Be able to deliver leadership sessions that will empower your middle management to better lead their people

➥ Have at least 4 sessions ready to deliver to your people back at your organization.
