expertise spanning over 4 decades of engineering and manufacturing
excellence in helping customers meet their hydraulic solution needs.
As I look at the growth over the years, I am extremely proud of what we have
achieved, and even more excited about our outlook for an equally promising
future. We have come a long way since we started our journey in 1976 with
engineering and designing of pneumatic cylinders, then moving onto developing
hydraulic cylinders for mobile and truck hydraulic solutions, and steadily foraying
into manufacturing actuators and precision engineered components for
Aerospace & Defence industry; developing pumps for excavators in association
with Kawasaki; offering end-to-end solutions in Water and Wastewater treatment
for industrial applications, and making inroads into the field of Additive
Manufacturing.
Our deep engineering expertise coupled with scalable manufacturing, capacity
to innovate and relentless focus on Quality has made us a leading hydraulic
solution provider to global OEMs. We continually invest in our facilities, including
modernizing our plants with advanced technologies, latest equipment and skilled
manpower in order to offer our customers with the best quality products.
Our investment in the automated, zero discharge, green piston rod plant bears
testimony to our commitment to further expanding and developing the solutions
we offer.

A strong and experienced team comprising over 60 engineers, proven track record of over 8000 successful designs for a vast range of applications and a robust design process has played an integral part in us being a preferred source for Hydraulic Cylinders.
Driven by Six Sigma methodologies, we extensively use cutting-edge technologies like FEA & Computation of Fluid Dynamics. We work on Pro E & CAD including 2D & 3D, Pro Mechanica, Ansys & Windchill PDM.
VALIDATIONVarious test rigs are deployed to determine the function, reliability and endurance of the cylinders.
Pulse test, Back-to-back testing, Bell crank, Steering stimulation, Forklift test stimulation and High temperature cycling are used extensively to improve the life and reliability of the cylinders.

MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGYWipro’s approach to manufacturing has been to build Quality into the product through its processes and therby improve the reliabilty of the products.
State-of-the-art production machines include Skiving & Roller Burnishing, Honing, Friction Welding, CNC, Centreless Grinding & Induction Hardening machines and in-house facilities for Hard Chrome and Nickel Chrome Plating.
The high productivity of these machines ensures that we meet the increasing global demand.
Washing stations, Mechanized assembly & Automated testing in a dust-controlled environment lead to improved performance and a long, trouble-free life for our products.
