The Problem Yogurtland standards are in place to maximize the customer experience.
One aspect that could easily be improved upon is the exterior dining area Appearance. Through normal usage of our customers it has become a issue
Current Process The nightly cleaning crew usually takes between 30-45 minutes in cleaning however they Are not always able to get everything due to a lack in proper cleaning equipment.
The most time consuming part of the process is the amount of trips made to the sink in the Restaurant in order to get water to scrub the concrete which is usually 4 to 6 buckets
Equipment • Setup time is minimal• Simple to operate• Minimal maintenance• More efficient with water usage• Minimal Usage (only as necessary)
Costs
• Power Washer cost is only $229• No additional cost for cleaning supplies• Decrease in the use of cleaning supplies • One time cost• Employee labor cost decreased• Cleaning time decreased to 15 min (25 min decrease)
