Busi Women live and breathe the mantra ‘Empowering Women through Connection on the Capricorn Coast’ and as part of our commitment to deliver on this promise, are thrilled to confirm we will be hosting the third Busi Women Inc. Inspiration Conference at Yeppoon (venue TBC), Saturday 12th March 2016. Both the Inaugural Inspiration Conference, held over 23 and 24 May 2013, and the second Conference held on 24th May 2014 proved to be outstanding successes, with just some of the highlights including:

� Delegates from Yeppoon to Bundaberg and west to Longreach attended these events

� More than $40,000 in media support secured for Busi Women and our Sponsors A doubling in our membership with new members across all categories Exceptional feedback from all of our delegates

� Recognition across the region of the success and impact of the conference

The Conference

This is the only conference of its kind in this region. Built as a small and intimate conference with the stated intention of delivering a wow experience, members and delegates will enjoy an up close and personal experience with keynote and guest speakers. This will truly be a one-of-a-kind event filled with inspiration, education, advice and networking.

Building on delegate feedback, our own learning as a committee, and conversations with some of our previous sponsors, we have adjusted the program for this year. Launching Saturday morning, the conference program has been reconfigured to deliver maximum impact – and to ensure that every delegate has exposure to the full range of speakers, workshops, and activities. A key element of the 2016 Conference Program is the Gala Dinner. To be held on the night of the conference, the Gala Dinner will be opened up to a ‘Plus 1’ of each conference delegate – so that we can include our fabulous Busi Men, our best friend, or just a hot date in what promises to be a knockout event.

Our inspirational keynote speaker Layne Beachley (TBC) and the line-up of guest speakers we are still in negotiations with this year will again ensure a sell-out event. With a clear focus on building on the success of previous years, a comprehensive event venue in the Yeppoon CBD, and a regional marketing campaign, we are seeking support from sponsors who believe that investing in personal and professional development should not always mean zipping out of region. Your support will ensure we are able to deliver this event without commercial impact to the organization, whilst maintaining our commitment of delivering exceptional value for investment for our members.

General Terms & Conditions of Sponsorship

1) Investment Levels are GST Exclusive 2) Sponsorships are not secured until a Signed Sponsorship Agreement has been received. Signed Sponsorship Agreements are to

be returned to [email protected], or hand delivered to Desley Cowley, Helen Newell or Trisha Clifford by December 15, 2015. 3) Invoices for sponsorship will be issued by Busi Women Inc. at close of business December 15, 2015. 4) Invoices will be due and payable in full by January 15, 2016. 5) Marketing, media and public relations will commence February 2016. 6) It is the responsibility of Event Partners to have editorial, advertisements, graphics, merchandising and delegate gift bag inserts

delivered to the designated delivery point on or before the date advised in early 2016, (with the exception of corporate logos, which must be supplied in high quality JPEG format within 7 days of investment being paid to maximize marketing media and public relations).

7) Should the agreed investment amounts not be paid within the dates prescribed, Busi Women committee reserves the right to revoke some or all of the nominated benefits for that Event Partner.

8) I understand that some sponsorship categories are offered on an exclusive basis, and confirmation of my sponsorship agreement will be by way of correspondence from Busi Women Inc. confirming that I have secured the nominated category.
