According to our research, there is a slight difference among 3 countries regardingworking behaviors. The Vietnamese tend to work in a company for a shorter period of time, whichis 1-2 years. In contrast to Thai and Indonesian workers, most of them tend to work for at least 3years before they decide to change jobs. However, when it comes to their future careerpaths, Indonesian tend to leave the company to start their own business. While Vietnamese andThai want to grow inside the companies.
