Our client is a professional services architectural firm looking to appoint a full-time Corporate Receptionist to join their small creative team. Set in a modern open plan work environment this establishment offers onsite car parking, staff leisure room and great team culture. Reporting to the Office Manager this person will take on all front desk responsibilities. Duties include, but are not limited to: • Meeting and greeting clients • Answering the telephone • Preparing documents and templates • Data-entry, mailing, petty cash • General office maintenance This is a great opportunity for an experienced receptionist or a receptionist new into their career looking to work in a professional service industry. The successful applicant is expected to have excellent people skills both in person and over the phone, have a bright and bubbly personality, show initiative in their work, be able to multi-task, be professionally presented and have good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
